This page is your source to download the QoS Test to run it locally on your computer.
Advantages of this include a launcher which can run the test for you on an hourly (or other periods) basis if you so choose.
This will enable you to graph your connection performance on an hourly basis and compare if there are any times when your network is more loaded than others.
The desktop-based app is also more stable than running it in a browser.

You will need to use your username and password to take the test and view your results by searching for them via your username.
